• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  The check-in time starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

• Can I extend my stay on the day of departure?

  If there is no new reservation starting on your check-out day, it may be possible to extend your stay. However, we can confirm this only the day before your departure.

• What is the maximum capacity of the property?

  The property can accommodate up to 9 people. Additionally, we offer two travel cots free of charge upon request.

• When is the jacuzzi available, and what is the water temperature?

  The jacuzzi is available year-round, with a water temperature of 35-39°C, depending on weather conditions.

• What are the rules for using the jacuzzi?

  Safety rules and guidelines for using the jacuzzi can be found at the link below.

• How far is the property from ski slopes?

  All ski slopes are within a 3 km radius of the property.

• Will I receive a refund if I cancel my stay due to circumstances beyond my control, such as illness?

  In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Can I bring a dog or a cat?

  Pets are not allowed.

• Is it possible to purchase meals?

  We do not offer meal services.

• Is firewood included in the price of the stay?

  Firewood is available at no extra cost.

• Is parking included in the price of the stay?

  Yes, parking is included in the price.

• Can I get a VAT invoice for my stay?

  Yes, a VAT invoice can be issued. However, you must inform us of this request no later than the date of the deposit payment.
