Terms & Conditions Pine Tree Chalet

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Persons staying on the premises are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as with safety and fire protection regulations, principles of good neighborliness, and behavior that does not endanger the safety of others.

2. Violation of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions may serve as grounds for refusal to conclude or immediate termination of the rental agreement without the right to a refund of amounts paid to the property owner.

3. Preliminary reservations are valid for 24 hours.

4. A guaranteed reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit for the stay using one of the available payment methods. The deposit is 30% of the total stay cost. If payment is made by bank transfer, the deposit should be paid to the account number 69 1050 1445 1000 0097 0285 8557 (Domki Górskie Anna Szewczyk). The reservation is considered confirmed after the deposit has been credited. A confirmation email is sent to the person making the reservation. The remaining 70% of the rental amount must be paid no later than 3 days before the start of the reservation.

5. A refundable security deposit of 1000 PLN or 1500 PLN (if the number of guests is 7 or more) is required for the stay. The deposit must be paid no later than 3 days before the start of the reservation to the account number listed in point 4. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the stay to the specified bank account. If damages, destruction, or the need to restore the property to its pre-rental condition are noted, the deposit will be used to cover the costs incurred by the property owner for repairs. Retention of the deposit does not exclude the owner’s right to claim compensation exceeding the deposit amount.

6. In case of the tenant’s complete cancellation of the stay for reasons beyond the control of the landlord, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. The property is rented on a daily basis, with the stay beginning at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

8. If the tenant shortens their stay, the amount for the unused period will not be refunded.

9. The external area is monitored with cameras.

10. Only persons included in the reservation may use the property. Exceeding the declared number of guests without the landlord’s consent will result in immediate termination of the agreement with all consequences, without a refund of previously paid amounts.

11. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on the premises.

12. Stag, hen parties, or similar events are strictly prohibited on the premises.

13. If the tenant significantly disrupts the peace or well-being of neighbours, disregards common norms of coexistence, or necessitates justified intervention by security services or the police, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the stay without being obligated to refund the payment for the unused period.

14. Tenants must use the property properly and safely, exercising due care. The property owner is not responsible for bodily injuries or damage to the tenant’s property caused by improper use of the premises.

15. Moving furniture and other equipment is prohibited.

16. The landlord is not responsible for valuable items left on the premises.

17. Smoking, open flames, and the use of unauthorized electrical or gas devices (other than small personal items such as phone chargers) are strictly prohibited inside the property.

18. Safety precautions must be observed when grilling. Since the property is wooden, grilling must be conducted outside the covered areas of the property. Only charcoal or briquettes designated for grills may be used. Lighting fires with wood in the grill is prohibited.

19. Leaving the property with a lit fireplace is not allowed. The tenant must extinguish the fire before leaving.

20. Only wood provided by the property owner may be used in the fireplace.

21. Each time before leaving the house, the tenant must ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed, and electrical devices are turned off.

22. The tenant may not lend or sublet the property to others.

23. In case of technical issues, the tenant is requested to report them to the landlord promptly to enable appropriate action.

24. The tenant is not authorized to make any changes or repairs on the property.

25. The landlord is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by third-party service providers, such as power outages.

26. The tenant is required to return the property in the condition in which it was found. This includes washing dishes and kitchen appliances before departure, emptying the refrigerator, leaving it clean, and maintaining the surroundings of the property.

27. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

28. Parking is available only in designated gravel areas.
